Unity | Graves 601 Wedding Pictures

This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Becky & Barry's wedding in downtown Minneapolis at Graves 601.  The weather was amazing and the city was alive with weddings and events!  We started off the day with getting ready pictures at Graves 601 then headed over to Loring Park for some family and wedding party photos.  From there, we made tracks over to the Stone Arch Bridge for some creative couples shots and wedding party photos.  Finally, back to Graves 601 for the ceremony and reception.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer, we feel truly honored!  Congrats once again!

Janelle & Dave | Minnesota Boat Club Wedding

Unite | Stillwater Wedding Photographer

This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Akiko & David's wedding in Stillwater.  They invited their family aboard a ceremony cruise on the St. Criox River to celebrate their union.  David & Akiko currently live in Tokyo where David is an IT professional and Akiko in the fashion industry.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography.  It was great to work with you all and have a safe trip back to Tokyo.

Garden | MN Landscape Arboretum Wedding

This 4th of July was an eventful one with Christel & Shaun's wedding taking place at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chanhassen.  The weather was perfect for the 4th reaching into the 90's.  Christel & Shaun planned an amazing wedding by renting a lake home on Lake Waconia for the reception.  The planning and preparation for this wedding was unreal as was Christel's amazing custom wedding dress by media file other than Joynoelle.  Graddy Photography had a great time working alongside the likes of Julie Swenson Beauty and Princess Bride Videography and finally Debbie Tonkin who helped plan this wedding a make it the success that it was.  Thanks so much Christel & Shaun, you guys certainly know how to make a wedding weekend amazing!  We wish you both the very best!

Wish | Hope Glen Farm Wedding Photographer

This past week Graddy Photography started the holiday wedding weekend with Jen & Matt's wedding at the Hope Glen Farm in Cottage Grove.  What an amazing rustic setting for a wedding.  Hope Glen Farm is in their first year of business and is quickly becoming booked for the entire year and next.  We totally recommend this great venue just outside the Twin Cities.  A Vintage Touch out of Prior Lake provided all the amazing decor and lounge furniture.    Jen & Matt have quite the story having been previously engaged many years ago and then rekindling the flame many years later after connecting on Facebook.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography and we wish you family the very best!

Jonah | Woodbury Newborn Pictures

This week we met baby Jonah for the first time!  It was nice to see the proud parent since we shot their wedding a couple years back.  Now here we are, babies and all!  Thanks so much guys for trusting Graddy Photography once again and we wish the guys the very best....we hope to see you all again soon!

Lantern | McNamara Alumni Center Wedding Pictures

This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Brigitte & Derek's wedding at the always amazing McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis.  The day started off with getting ready photos at McNamara and then heading out to downtown Minneapolis for some wedding party pictures.  From there, back to McNamara Alumni Center for some last minute touch ups and then the ceremony.  With the reception to follow shortly thereafter, the hall looked insane!  Sarah Trotter of Lasting Impressions and her amazing staff made sure everything was perfect.  The floral arrangements were that of La Petite Fleur, amazing job huh?!  Let's not forget DJ Nate of Instant Request providing the music.  Dinner and speeches led into the dance and the rest was history.....a perfect wedding!  Thanks so much Brigitte and Derek for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer.  We sincerely want to thank you for being so darn nice and giving us much praise for our work throughout the day!  You guys are the best!

Well it's finally here and it's LIVE!!!  Never thought I would see the day quite honestly, there were a lot of bumps and turns that could have sidelined this new site.  This is the accumulation of two full years of planning, conceptualizing, & most important of all; executing.  We're very proud of the direction we are heading.  We would like to thank all those responsible for making this business venture a reality and a very special thanks to Frank Soukup (Director of Marketing, Grand View Lodge) who instilled his trust in us early on and let us flourish.  We consider Frank a mentor and good friend and we look forward to many years of continued success and friendship.  For the rest of the faithful clients, you know who you are, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!  Please take a look a the new site and leave a comment and let us know what you think!

Rachel & Luke | Depot Minneapolis Wedding Pictures

This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Rachel and Lucas's wedding at Mt. Olivet Church in Minneapolis with the reception to follow at the Depot Minneapolis.  The day started off with some getting ready photos at the hotel and then first sight on the Stone Arch Bridge.  From there it was off to the ceremony at the new chapel across the street from Mt. Olivet.  After the ceremony it was off to The Depot Minneapolis for a fabulous celebration.  The day went amazing thanks in large part to Joan with Ambiente Wedding & Event Planning who always does an fabulous job.  Martha's Gardens provided all the spectacular floral arrangements as well.....very nice!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography to cover you Minneapolis wedding.  It was great working with you both and we wish the both the very best!

Everlasting | Semple Mansion Wedding Pictures

Yesterday Graddy Photography covered Mani & Erick's amazing wedding at the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis.  The day was a great success thanks in large part to all the amazing vendors that made this day what it was, Lasting Impressions, Sadie's Couture Floral, and Instant Request to name a few.  Let's not forget Katherine at the Semple mansion who always does such a wonderful job in creating a perfect day for everyone.  The weather was decent for the first half of the day while we did wedding party pictures outside.  Leading up to the ceremony the ever-present rain decided to say hello once again and then cleared up later in the evening.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer.  We wish you both the very best!

Forest | Grand View Lodge Wedding Photographer

Back in the saddle again!!!  Hey why not when it's 80 degrees and sunny at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  This couldn't have worked out any better, two wonderful weddings at Minnesota's best resort!  Today Kristina and Cory tied the knot and Graddy Photography was on hand to capture all the great emotion of the day.  The day started off with getting ready photos at Roy Lake Cottages (Grand View property) right across the street from the main lodge.  After the couple's first sight, we headed back over to the main lodge to get some creative couples shots and wedding party photos.  The ceremony was held on the main pathway directly in front of the amazing grand staircase which gives Grand View such a unique wedding experience.  After the ceremony the guests made their way up to the Gull Lake Center for the wedding reception.  The rest of evening was great, be sure to check out the mother & son dance.....good stuff!  Thanks so much Kristina & Cory, you guys seriously rock and it was an absolute pleasure working with you both and getting to know you two.  Congrats once again and best in marriage and success!

Pinecones | Grand View Lodge Wedding Pictures

Well this past week Graddy Photography made the trek uo to Grand View Lodge to photography Sandra & Matt's Minnesota destination wedding.  We couldn't think of a better place to have an authentic Northwoods wedding.  The weather was a perfect 75 degrees and sunny, not bad considering the kind of early summer we have had.  The ceremony took place right on the grounds with a full service and the couple giving and receiving communion.  After the ceremony it was onto the Norway Center for the reception.  Plenty of good speeches, dancing , & drinking entailed!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography to cover your wedding at Grand View Lodge.  It was great working with the both of you and wish you the very best in the future!

Summer | Minnesota Commercial Photographer

This past week was a very busy week at Graddy Photography.  For starters, we had two wonderful weddings at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  Then a couple chill days at Grand View Lodge with the boat then it was off to work for our favorite commercial vendors.  We photographed a lot of tasty food and loads of other stuff for the resort.  Graddy Photography joined the marketing department of Grand View Lodge as a freelance photographer a little more than a year ago and we have been making big waves in both our respective industries, hospitality and the wedding industry.  We cannot thank you all enough for your continued support and appreciation of our work and we look forward to seeing you all again here shortly in the near future.  So if anybody is at Grand View Lodge this summer be sure to take a look around at the advertising, more than likely, their our shots!

Mystical | Round Barn Farm Wedding Pictures

Once again WOW!!!  Another fantastic wedding with an amazing couple and amazing group of vendors...just glad we could be a part!  Stephanie and Daniel planned an absolutely perfect wedding to a "T".  If you want to see what all the elements of a perfect wedding then look below at these 80 images.  The day started off with getting ready photos at the main house at the Round Barn Farm in Red Wing, Minnesota.  Obviously Red Wing is steeped in Minnesota history, so it was great to shoot a wedding there.  The day went so smooth and carefree and the rain held off just exactly long enough for Stephanie and Daniel to make it down the outdoor isle before the rain started to come down.  An amazing celebration was set in place inside the comforts of the Round Barn with an epic dance party to follow after dinner.  Thanks so much guys for including Graddy Photography in you wedding day plans....it was simply amazing!

Laura & Eric | Twin Cities Wedding Photographer

This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Laura & Eric's wedding in Minneapolis.  This was such a nice, small wedding with their closet family & friends but with an amazing reception at Saffron in Minneapolis.  We did a little stop off at one of their personal favorites, La Belle Vie in Minneapolis.  Must say, it is for us as well!  It was great working with you both and we wish you both the very best.  Have an excellent time in Paris & Rome....totally jealous!

Port | Bayview Event Center Wedding

This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Ashley & Tyler's wedding at Bayview Event Center in Excelsior, Minnesota.  We started the day with getting ready pictures with Virtuoso Video at Oak Ridge Conference Center in Chanhassen then onto Excelsior for some wedding party shots.  From there, we headed to Bayview Event Center for a quick rehearsal and then family formals.  The ceremony went great and the tent was decorated beautifully.  The reception was held in the main ballroom and was a great celebration with great toasts and speeches.  After dinner, we quick took the couple out on the docks for one final shot and as you can see.....it was well work it!  Thanks so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day.  Have a great time in Sedona!
