This past week Kalysa and Dustin met up with Graddy Photography in Northfield for their engagement session. We braved the cold to beat the snow that was sure to come. It turned out to not be as bad as anticipated but still felt like winter in April. The couple plan to tie the knot this May at the JW Marriott hotel in Bloomington, Minnesota.....can't wait!

This past Sunday Jaclyn and Matt tied the knot at Abulae in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. This past Saturday Graddy Photography was in Minneapolis to cover Leslie and Taylor's wedding. Picture perfect spring wedding...pardon the pun! The weather was sunny and reaching 80. The day started off with getting ready photos at Loew's Hotel in Minneapolis then it was onto Lourdes Church. What an amazing venue for a spring wedding. From there, we headed around Minneapolis for some wedding party photos and finally back to Loew's for their reception. Everything was flawlessly planned by the one and only Sarah Trotter of Lasting Impressions Weddings....if you don't know, you should, simply the best wedding planner in Minneapolis and we are lucky to have her! Spotlight | James J Hill Library Wedding Photos
Well it's finally here.....Stephanie & Zach's wedding! We have loved working with these guys from day one and love their support for our photography! We started the day with a couple quick shot at The Saint Paul Hotel and then made it over to Rice Park for the couple's first look. From there, we did some wedding party pictures and some of just the couple. A bit of drama as Stephanie accidentally forgot her purse and someone walked off with it.....very sad and frustrating. However, the groom and a couple groomsman did a good job "interrogating" a few usual suspects and were able to recover her new Iphone at least. The real bummer was that the bride's grandmother's ring was in her purse and she was to tie that to her bouquet. We're holding out hope that all belongings will be recovered. Other than that, it was an amazing day with a great celebration at the James J. Hill Library. This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Ashley & Tyler's wedding at Bayview Event Center in Excelsior, Minnesota. We started the day with getting ready pictures with Virtuoso Video at Oak Ridge Conference Center in Chanhassen then onto Excelsior for some wedding party shots. From there, we headed to Bayview Event Center for a quick rehearsal and then family formals. The ceremony went great and the tent was decorated beautifully. The reception was held in the main ballroom and was a great celebration with great toasts and speeches.
