Forever | Saint Paul Hotel Wedding Photos

This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Sarah & Charles's wedding in St. Paul, MN.  The day started off with some getting ready pictures at The Saint Paul Hotel and shortly thereafter it was time for the couples first sight in Rice Park.  With rain in the forecast for much of the morning, it didn't look like things would clear up but low and behold, the clouds broke and the sun came out shining!  This wedding here had all the elements of a perfect wedding day with plenty of great photo opportunities and lots of emotion and love.  It was a real pleasure to work alongside the amazing John Hoel of Vibrant Film who single-handedly, in my opinion, is one of the most talented professionals in the business.  The ceremony was held at Church of St. Louis, King of France off Cedar Street in St. Paul.  After the ceremony, the couple rented a trolley from Renee's Royal Valet for the afternoon to hit up some bars and photo locations.  We first headed down to Mears Park and then onto Rice Park.  We had a great time working with the amazing wedding party!  Finally, the reception was held in the main ballroom of The Saint Paul Hotel.  With Instant Request covering the music, you know it was going to be a great time.  What can I say, this was a rockstar wedding and I was very proud to be a part of it.  It was an absolute blast working with you guys, Sarah & Charles.  We wish you both the very best and look forward to seeing you guys again!

Lights | Profile Event Center Wedding

Last Saturday Graddy Photography covered Heather & Marc's wedding at the Profile Event Center on the University of Minnesota Campus.  The Profile Event Center offers a lot of creative indoor photo ops and crazy lighting so it was kinda cool finding the right places to shoot.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer and wish you both nothing but the best!

Dance | McNamara Center Wedding Pictures

Knot | St Paul Hotel Wedding Photos

This past Saturday was Andrea & Matt's big wedding day!  We started the day off shooting alongside the ever so talented Virtuoso Video at St. Ambrose Church in Woodbury.  After the cermony it was off to downtown St. Paul for some wedding party pictures and couples photos.  We made a couple different stops around town before heading back to The Saint Paul Hotel.  We absolutely love shooting at The Saint Paul Hotel and lover working with the staff there as well.  Thanks so much Andrea and Matt, it was a sincere pleasure to work with the both of you and we wish you both the very best!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography!

Rain | Semple Mansion Wedding Photos

This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Amy & Kevin's wedding at the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis.  The couple was in good spirits despite the early snowfall.....yep snow in May.  The Semple Mansion provided a safe refuge from the weather and we absolutely lover shooting inside the Semple Mansion.  It was great to see some familiar faces in the audience from some former wedding clients from 2007 and 2008.  The setting was perfect thanks to the likes of Ashley Fox Designs providing the elegant flowers and Victorian Party Rentals showcasing their table centerpieces.  All in all it was a major success and we are extremely thankful that you guys chose Graddy Photography.  Have a great honeymoon in Turks & Caicos!

Success | Twin Cities Business Headshots

Ruffles | Minneapolis Wedding Photographer

Graddy Photography covered Jessica & Adam's wedding this past Saturday at the historic Mill City Museum in downtown Minneapolis.  Well luckily we caught a break in the weather and were able to get out and enjoy the warm sun for a brief period.  The wedding went amazing and we are so very thankful to have played a small role in Jessica & Adam's Big Day!  Thanks so much once again and congrats!!!

Walleye | Twin Cities Food Photographer

Three hour drive for a picture of what?……ohh Tater Tot Hot dish, I guess we’ll be there ha!  Yes it’s true Graddy Photography drove to our new adopted home of Nisswa to do a piece for an upcoming publication…..fingers crossed it gets some good press!  Aside from photographing a few food menu items, our primary focus was  a Minnesota favorite, the Tater Tot Hot dish.  By the looks of this hot dish it could only come from Grand View Lodge.  Grand View Lodge time and time again continues to raise the bar of eccentric homestyle cooking “northwoods style”.  What a treat this was!  Seriously, if you are a foodie and want a culinary adventure you have to take a trip to Grand View Lodge and try their numerous dining facilities.  Thanks once again Grand View Lodge, you have once again exceeded our expectations and we’re sure you will do so for many who will soon visit!

Last week Graddy Photography covered some commercial food photography for Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, Arizona.  This was our second time down there this year and it was a ton of fun!  Believe it or not it was actually spring somewhere!  The weather was in the mid 80's with a slight desert breeze.....absolutely perfect!  Graddy Photography has been covering commercial and editorial photography for Grand View Lodge in Minnesota and Tanque Verde Ranch in Arizona for a year now.....can't believe how fast a year goes by.  Thanks once again Grand View Lodge for everything and thanks for choosing Graddy Photography!

Sprung | Colorado Commercial Photographer

This past week Graddy Photography made it down to Tucson, Arizona to Tanque Verde Ranch.  Tanque Verde Ranch is located right in Suguaro National Park right in the mountains.  We had an amazing time capturing all that makes the resort so special particularly the desert in bloom.  If you have never seen the desert in bloom, it's certainly a bucket list item!  Graddy Photography covers most of the commercial photography that you will soon see being implemented at the Arizona resort in their emails, newsletters, literature, and website.  Thanks so much to all the amazing staff that made this shoot such a success.  A personal thanks to my friend Chip and the Grand View Lodge marketing department for making this possible.  We look forward to many great years of continued success and friendship...cheers!

This past week Graddy Photography headed down to Tanque Verde Ranch in Tucson, Arizona.  What a nice two day break from the ugly Minnesota weather.  The weather was sunny and 82 degrees with a nice gentle spring breeze.  It was insanely beautiful seeing the Saguaro National Park in bloom......so many colors and fragrances!  This was our second time to Tanque Verde Ranch and will be a trip that we will always remember.  Our primary focus on this trip was to capture some of the accommodations as well as the food being served by the amazing chefs at Tanque Verde Ranch.  Thanks so much once again Tanque Verde Ranch and Grand View Lodge for choosing Graddy Photography as your advertising photographer once again.  We look forward to the next adventure!

This past week Graddy Photography was invited to Carlson Towers to photograph their food menu.  What a great selection of appetizers, meals, and desserts.  We of course had to sample a few....and the winner in our books was the wrapped asparagus.  Thanks so much Dawn and Kirsten for including Graddy Photography.....it was a blast as always.  Cannot wait to see the food photography in print!

Here's a few shots of some of the amazing items on the dinner menu at Cru which is located in the Gull Lake Center of Grand View Lodge.  Cru Restaurant and Wine Bar features a vast cellar of over 2,000 bottles of worldly wines and offers over 20 wines by the glass. Cru’s unique fare uses local and regional flavors, prepared by the talented Chef de Cuisine Paul Fitzpatrick. At Cru, rich decor creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, providing the perfect dining experience for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends.  We absolutely love the food here and they are doing things right!  Pictured below is the Wild Acres Duck Breast as well as the Orecchiette which is housemade italian sausage with swiss chard, white wine, & parmesan.....need we say more.  Thanks once agin for choosing Graddy Photography for your commercial photography needs.  See you all again soon!
