Just when I thought I'd have seen it all as a wedding photographer...enter Caitlin and Zach! I guess I am most astonished at the fact that Caitlin wore her Mother's wedding dress with elements of her Grandmother's sewn into it....just goes to show what a sentimental and amazing person Caitlin is. Zach, he's a pretty good guy too :) We started the day with getting ready photos at her parents residence in Pequot Lakes with the ceremony soon following at St. Christopher's in downtown Nisswa, Minnesota. After the ceremony we headed to Grand View Lodge for the reception and happy hour cruise. Did I say cruise...well it was pretty much a cruise ship on Gull Lake, just take look! After the amazing voyage around the lake we ended up at their reception in the Heritage Room at Grand View Lodge. Pretty much a perfect wedding, all that needs to be said really. So, THANK YOU Caitlin and Zach, what an incredible experience for me personally to be with you on your wedding day! Cheers to many years of happy marriage, health, and success!

This past Saturday was Colette & Ryan's amazing fall wedding at Thunderbird Lodge in International Falls. Minnesota. International Falls is located about 7 hours directly north next to the U.S.-Canadian border. It was so great traveling and seeing parts of Minnesota that we have never seen and to see it in peak color was a treat. The ceremony was held in town with the reception taking place at Thunderbird Lodge on Rainy Lake. The bride and I actually have teamed up on many projects over the past few years as she was an employee for Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota. This past Saturday Graddy Photography made it up to Duluth to cover Cory & April's amazing wedding. The weather was perfect for a north shore wedding with it being in the high 60's. The couple was married at Enger Park overlooking Duluth. If you ever get a chance, go to Enger Tower, by far the best view in Duluth. From there, we headed into downtown Duluth for some wedding party pictures. Lastly, it was over to the DECC for the amazing celebration. This past Friday Graddy Photography covered Kyle & Molly's wedding at the historic Glensheen Mansion in Duluth, Minnesota. What an amazing setting and great couple to work with. Despite all the flooding a week prior, it really wasn't a problem to make it up there and everything went according to plan.
