This past August 12th Graddy Photography was on-location in Brainerd, Minnesota for Erin and Ross's big day!  The ceremony took place at the bride's private residence on East Gull Lake with the reception to follow at Madden's Resort.  It was a star-studded cast of A-list vendors that made it up to play their part in the wedding.  Sarah Trotter with lasting Impressions Wedding & Event Planning was at the helm to coordinate and align this fabulous team that has worked so many amazing weddings together in the past.  We are incredibly thankful to have played a small role in Erin and Ross's wedding day.  You guys had a perfect summer wedding and we wish you both all the absolute best!

Graddy Photography covered Steve and Brynn's amazing summer wedding this past July 22nd at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  As many of our fans know, Grand View Lodge is pretty much our home away from home with the commercial photography we provide for Grand View Lodge and weddings we cover for our clients.  Of course the weather was a perfect 82 degrees and sunny which made for a comfortable ceremony at the Grand Staircase.  Brynn and Steve currently reside in Manhattan but flew home to celebrate their union with all their family and friends and what better place to do that than at Grand View Lodge.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minnesota destination wedding photographer!

Remembrance | Grand View Lodge Wedding Photos

Just when I thought I'd have seen it all as a wedding photographer...enter Caitlin and Zach!  I guess I am most astonished at the fact that Caitlin wore her Mother's wedding dress with elements of her Grandmother's sewn into it....just goes to show what a sentimental and amazing person Caitlin is.  Zach, he's a pretty good guy too :)  We started the day with getting ready photos at her parents residence in Pequot Lakes with the ceremony soon following at St. Christopher's in downtown Nisswa, Minnesota.  After the ceremony we headed to Grand View Lodge for the reception and happy hour cruise.  Did I say cruise...well it was pretty much a cruise ship on Gull Lake, just take look!  After the amazing voyage around the lake we ended up at their reception in the Heritage Room at Grand View Lodge.  Pretty much a perfect wedding, all that needs to be said really.  So, THANK YOU Caitlin and Zach, what an incredible experience for me personally to be with you on your wedding day!  Cheers to many years of happy marriage, health, and success!

Intertwine | Carlos Creek Winery Wedding Photos

This past Friday Graddy Photography made our way up to Carlos Creek Winery in Alexandria, Minnesota to cover Justin and Katie's wedding!  We had some pretty muggy, hot summer weather but it was great shooting.  Katie actually contacted us shortly after we shot a wedding up there in the fall of 2014.  She knew exactly what she wanted in her wedding photos and we are happy to have obliged in offering our services.  Many thanks to you two, it has been such a great time working with you and getting to know you guys!  We wish you both the very best and hope to reconnect sometime in the future!  Cheers guys!

Red | Villa Bellezza Wedding Photos

Graddy Photography covered Chelsea and Tyler's wedding last Saturday at Villa Bellezza in Pepin, Wisconsin.  This was a new venue for us to shoot so that's always fun.  The drive in was unbelievable, crossing over from Red Wing, Minnesota and following the Mississippi River south until reaching Pepin.  Well we had to battle off and on rain all day bit in the end we succeeded!  Thanks so much Chelsea and Tyler for choosing Graddy Photography as your Wisconsin destination wedding photographer.....cheers!

Landing | Superior Shores Wedding Photos

AMAZING!!!  Michelle + Brian's wedding was perfect, despite the fog.  I actually welcomed it!  I knew it was going to make for stellar photos and I wasn't wrong.  Michelle and Brian tied the knot on the banks of Lake Superior at Superior Shores Resort.  The ceremony and reception all took place at the resort and I've gotta say, this place is really quite neat and definitely Minnesota!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography guys, it was a great honor!  I feel this was a breakthrough wedding for me once again this year, feeling like I am graduating onto becoming a better photographer so I thank you for first placing your trust in us and allowing us to do what we do best!  Cheers and safe travels to Thailand!

Thunderbird | International Falls Wedding Photographer

This past Saturday was Colette & Ryan's amazing fall wedding at Thunderbird Lodge in International Falls. Minnesota.  International Falls is located about 7 hours directly north next to the U.S.-Canadian border.  It was so great traveling and seeing parts of Minnesota that we have never seen and to see it in peak color was a treat.  The ceremony was held in town with the reception taking place at Thunderbird Lodge on Rainy Lake.  The bride and I actually have teamed up on many projects over the past few years as she was an employee for Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  Well thanks so so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans and wish you both the absolute best!

Well here we are, Meredith and James epic Grand View Lodge wedding!  Meredith & James tied the knot this past Sunday at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  The weather for late May was perfect, 82 degrees with a slight breeze.  The couple had their wedding in the vineyard with the reception following at the newly remodeled Norway Room.  This was such a sweet ceremony full of plenty of laughs and tears.  Thanks so much Meredith & James for your amazing hospitality and friendship, your were so great to work with, your families too :)  We wish you both the very best...cheers!

Mutual | Grand View Lodge Weddings

This past Saturday Graddy Photography made it up to Duluth to cover Cory & April's amazing wedding.  The weather was perfect for a north shore wedding with it being in the high 60's.  The couple was married at Enger Park overlooking Duluth.  If you ever get a chance, go to Enger Tower, by far the best view in Duluth.  From there, we headed into downtown Duluth for some wedding party pictures.  Lastly, it was over to the DECC for the amazing celebration.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Duluth wedding photographer and we wish you both the very best!

Well well here we are!  Courtney & John's amazing Grand View Lodge wedding.  What could be better than shooting in the Minnesota northwoods in the summer and having it be 80 degress and sunny.  Match that with an azaming couple and guests and you have a perfect wedding!  The day started off with getting ready pictures in the Gull Lake Center and then onto the couple's first sight.  From there, we headed around the resort for some great photo ops.  After that, the ceremony took palce next to the grand staircase with the reception to follow in the Gull Lake Room.  This was our fourth and final wedding of the year at Grand View Lodge and we will certainly miss it!  We cannot thank you guys enough for choosing Graddy Photography as your Brainerd wedding photographer, it was awesome!

M & M | Grand View Lodge Wedding Photos

This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Mikayla & Mike's wedding at the one and only Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  Grand View Lodge always provides such an amazing backdrop for a Minnesota north woods wedding.  Most of Mikayla and Mike's guests were from New York City, L.A., & Chicago so they chose Grand View Lodge in central Minnesota to create a genuine MN wedding experience.  Mikayla and her family have strong ties to the Brainerd Area of lakes as they have had a family cabin in the area for many years.  The ceremony took place in Grand View Lodge's new ceremony site located directly behind Italian Gardens restaurant.  The ceremony site was decorated beautifully by the wonderful Bloom Designs out of Brainerd.  After the ceremony the guests made it over to the Gull Lake Center for the wedding reception.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography, it was a real pleasure working with you both and all your amazing guests.....you guys nailed it!  Congrats once again and cheers!

Forest | Grand View Lodge Wedding Photographer

Back in the saddle again!!!  Hey why not when it's 80 degrees and sunny at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota.  This couldn't have worked out any better, two wonderful weddings at Minnesota's best resort!  Today Kristina and Cory tied the knot and Graddy Photography was on hand to capture all the great emotion of the day.  The day started off with getting ready photos at Roy Lake Cottages (Grand View property) right across the street from the main lodge.  After the couple's first sight, we headed back over to the main lodge to get some creative couples shots and wedding party photos.  The ceremony was held on the main pathway directly in front of the amazing grand staircase which gives Grand View such a unique wedding experience.  After the ceremony the guests made their way up to the Gull Lake Center for the wedding reception.  The rest of evening was great, be sure to check out the mother & son dance.....good stuff!  Thanks so much Kristina & Cory, you guys seriously rock and it was an absolute pleasure working with you both and getting to know you two.  Congrats once again and best in marriage and success!

Pinecones | Grand View Lodge Wedding Pictures

Well this past week Graddy Photography made the trek uo to Grand View Lodge to photography Sandra & Matt's Minnesota destination wedding.  We couldn't think of a better place to have an authentic Northwoods wedding.  The weather was a perfect 75 degrees and sunny, not bad considering the kind of early summer we have had.  The ceremony took place right on the grounds with a full service and the couple giving and receiving communion.  After the ceremony it was onto the Norway Center for the reception.  Plenty of good speeches, dancing , & drinking entailed!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography to cover your wedding at Grand View Lodge.  It was great working with the both of you and wish you the very best in the future!

Wildnerness | Wisconsin Wedding Photographer

Well Amanda & Bill's wedding is finally here!  Months of preparation have taken place to make this fall wedding such a success.  The couple were married at Amanda's family cabin in Cumberland, Wisconsin not too far away from the Enchanted Barn in Hillsdale.  The setting was amazing and the weather honestly could have not been better.  After a small ceremony, the couple hosted games and cocktails on the grounds.  Now, today is day two of their wedding weekend.  Today the couple have their reception with all their family & friends at Brackett's Crossing in Lakeville.  Well, if today is anything like yesterday, then I'm sure it is going to be a lot of fun!  Thanks so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans.  Graddy Photography is available for Minnesota & Wisconsin destination wedding photography.

Fireworks | Grand View Lodge Wedding Photos

This past Saturday was an eventful day to say the least.  Graddy Photography was up bright and early and ready to go to shoot Jennifer & Cris's wedding at the amazing Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota right next to Brainerd.  Grand View Lodge is one our favorite places to shoot weddings.  As a matter of fact we will be shooting four weddings up there next year as of now.  Jennifer & Cris planned their wedding perfectly with a little help from the accomplished Nicole Sellers of Mother of the Bride event planning.  It always nice working with such a consummate professional who keeps everything on time and is always relaxed and calm.  The couple wrapped up with dinner by inviting their guests down to the beach for a little surprise......a fireworks show!  Thanks so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans, we are so thankful.  Also thanks to Nicki & Sarah, friends of mine from high school who referred their cousin Jennifer to us.
