Its been over a month but we are still glowing from such an amazing evening at the Minnesota Bride magazine awards party back in July! This year we were given the award for “Best Photography” for our sixth consecutive year and we were also given the “Top of the Tiara/Best Overall Vendor” in the entire wedding industry award for the third year in a row! We are so incredibly honored! The Minnesota Bride magazine awards are hosted every year and out of the hundreds of vendors in each category, three are nominated for each award as voted by past wedding couples and vendors in the industry. Thousands of votes are tallied and the nominees are announced in the spring……..its such an exciting time and just being nominated is really such an amazing honor. We have so many clients, friends, family, and peer vendors to thank.  We owe these awards to you…….those of you who have trusted us over the years with your wedding photos and those of you in the industry who we have worked along side of every weekend.  Thank you so much for your support! We are super excited to be a top 3 finalist for our 5th year in a row for the "Best Photography" award and for our 4th year for "Top of the Tiara/Best Overall Vendor in the MN Wedding Industry" award! This past Friday Graddy Photography attended the MN StarAwards ceremony presented by ISES.  Bon Appetit catering along with Carlson Center Events and Graddy Photography teamed up to present the Best New Specialty Item.  A very special thanks to Dawn Crawford for placing her trust in Graddy Photography and thanks to mazing chefs of Bon Appetit catering to create such amazing dishes.  Graddy Photography is a Twin Cities commercial photographer based out of Minneapolis.

Humbled | Best Minnesota Wedding Photographer

July 11th was a huge day for Graddy Photography as we won our second consecutive "Best Photography" award from Minnesota Bride magazine.  Words cannot express our joy and gratitude for the award and what it represents.  We sincerely would like to thank all our faithful followers for voting. The celebration took place at the Swedish Institute of Minnesota and was hosted by media file other than the amazing Bill Hermann of Bill Hermann Entertainment who did a fantastic job!  It was great to see all of you from Minnesota Bride magazine, you guys always do such an amazing job!

Trolley | Award-Winning Wedding Photographer MN

Here's a shot that recently placed 8th for transportation in the Quarter 4 round of the WPJA competition.  What's great about this shot that it actually wasn't staged at all although it may look like it.  Also, gotta love the nice layering and reflections.  Every year WPJA hosts the largest wedding photography competitions in the world judged by panels of award-winning photojournalists. Competitions, which are held quarterly and open only to WPJA members, are part of the association’s commitment to upholding the highest standards in wedding photojournalism. Membership in WPJA requires rigorous standards in technical skill, aesthetics and best business practices.
