This week Graddy Photography Commercial + Editorial covered some new menu items and business head shots for Carlson Center Events. We are going on our third year shooting for Carlson Center Events and Bon Appetit and we look forward to many more years of continued success and friendship. This week Graddy Photography headed up to Carlson Center to cover some new menu items. We also met with the owners of Becker Furniture World about a non-profit event coming up later this summer. Thanks so much Carlson Team for including Graddy Photography once again....we feel very honored! We will no doubt be seeing you all again here in the near future!
Three hour drive for a picture of what?……ohh Tater Tot Hot dish, I guess we’ll be there ha! Yes it’s true Graddy Photography drove to our new adopted home of Nisswa to do a piece for an upcoming publication…..fingers crossed it gets some good press! Aside from photographing a few food menu items, our primary focus was a Minnesota favorite, the Tater Tot Hot dish. By the looks of this hot dish it could only come from Grand View Lodge. Grand View Lodge time and time again continues to raise the bar of eccentric homestyle cooking “northwoods style”. What a treat this was! Seriously, if you are a foodie and want a culinary adventure you have to take a trip to Grand View Lodge and try their numerous dining facilities. Thanks once again Grand View Lodge, you have once again exceeded our expectations and we’re sure you will do so for many who will soon visit!
Here's a few shots of some of the amazing items on the dinner menu at Cru which is located in the Gull Lake Center of Grand View Lodge. Cru Restaurant and Wine Bar features a vast cellar of over 2,000 bottles of worldly wines and offers over 20 wines by the glass. Cru’s unique fare uses local and regional flavors, prepared by the talented Chef de Cuisine Paul Fitzpatrick. At Cru, rich decor creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, providing the perfect dining experience for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. We absolutely love the food here and they are doing things right! Pictured below is the Wild Acres Duck Breast as well as the Orecchiette which is housemade italian sausage with swiss chard, white wine, & parmesan.....need we say more. Last week Graddy Photography was asked to shoot some editorial photos for Carlson Center & Events. We will be hopefully seeing some of them published in their next marketing brochure which should be out in August. Thanks so much Dawn, Bev, Kiersten, & Mel for everything. We always love shooting at Carlson Rotunda and look forward to seeing you all again in the near future!
Graddy Photography headed up to the MInnesota History Center in St. Paul yesterday to capture the amazing room shots for the event. This was an amazing event and Event Lab did a magnificent job as always. The food, deserts, and sangria looked amazing.....might have to indulge next time ha! Thanks once again to Pete, and the two Jennifers' at Event Lab for including Graddy Photography once again, we really appreciate your trust in us! See you again no doubt!
