This past week Graddy Photography was invited to Carlson Towers to photograph their food menu. What a great selection of appetizers, meals, and desserts. We of course had to sample a few....and the winner in our books was the wrapped asparagus. Thanks so much Dawn and Kirsten for including Graddy Photography.....it was a blast as always. Here's a few shots of some of the amazing items on the dinner menu at Cru which is located in the Gull Lake Center of Grand View Lodge. Cru Restaurant and Wine Bar features a vast cellar of over 2,000 bottles of worldly wines and offers over 20 wines by the glass. Cru’s unique fare uses local and regional flavors, prepared by the talented Chef de Cuisine Paul Fitzpatrick. At Cru, rich decor creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, providing the perfect dining experience for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. We absolutely love the food here and they are doing things right! Pictured below is the Wild Acres Duck Breast as well as the Orecchiette which is housemade italian sausage with swiss chard, white wine, & parmesan.....need we say more. Sleigh | Grand View Lodge Winter Photos
This past week Graddy Photography set out to catch some winter activities at the spectacular Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota. Nisswa is located in the Brainerd area of lakes in central Minnesota. Graddy Photography was very excited at the opportunity to provide our photography services to Grand View Lodge once again. This was such an awesome experience shooting the sleigh ride. This excursion couldn't have worked out more perfectly. With rainy weather in the Twin Cities, we hurried up north to catch the last remnants of winter. To our surprise, about 15 miles south of Brainerd, the rain had turned into snow which stuck directly to all the branches making it perfect for photos. Grand View Lodge and Cru Restaurant (located at Grand View) have joined together to bring you this one of a kind winter experience!

Graddy Photography headed up to the MInnesota History Center in St. Paul yesterday to capture the amazing room shots for the event. This was an amazing event and Event Lab did a magnificent job as always. The food, deserts, and sangria looked amazing.....might have to indulge next time ha!
