This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Megan & Ken's wedding at the Linneaus Arboretum in St. Peter, Minnesota. The weather as as too be expected for August in Minnesota, hot & humid! The ceremony was a perfect setting under a giant shaded birch tree. After the ceremony, it was off to a couple watering holes in St. Peter. Nicole & Matt were married this past Saturday at Oak Ridge Conference Center in Chaska, Minnesota. We had a few sprinkles early in the day but lucky for them, the rain held off and they had an amazing outdoor ceremony. This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered LaVonne and Adam's wedding. The day was scattered with rain but not before we got some great shots earlier in the day. The ceremony was held at St. Mary's in Marystown with the reception taking place at the Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake. That wasn't before a stop off at Arnie's in downtown Shakopee though! Graddy Photography covered Jennifer & David's wedding this past Saturday at the Minikahda Club in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We started the day at the bride's new residence which they just moved into just two short weeks ago. From there, we headed over to Minikahda Club for some pre-ceremony shots of the girls and then it was time for the ceremony of the upper deck of the Minikahda Club. This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Michaella & Matt's amazing wedding in Northfield. This wedding was close to home so that was a nice change of pace. The ceremony was held at First Untied Church of Christ in downtown Northfield, which was Michaella's church growing up. Michaella is actually out in New York City for her career as is Matt. So this was a fun, fly back home and get married at the old homestead wedding! Rich in emotion and detail, this wedding was a real joy to cover. The reception was held on the outskirts of Northfield on the bride's parents property. The overall event design was actually orchestrated by the bride herself who is an event planner for SEBC in New York City. I was personally impressed by the event coordination on this one...excellent job Michaella and all those involved! Great job to Simply Elegant who provided day-of support....nice work ladies. Thanks so much to Michaella's parents for being so Minnesota nice and making me feel very welcome and thanks so much Matt and Michaella for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans, it was a real pleasure! This past Saturday was a busy one but we had fun doing it! Jen & Sean tied the knot this past Saturday at The Basilica of Saint Mary in downtown Minneapolis with the reception following at Graves 601. This past Friday Graddy Photography had the honor of covering Kyle & Alyssa's wedding. What a great time we had working with this couple. We have been looking forward to covering their wedding ever since we met with them last year. We started the day at Alyssa's parent's home (her childhood home) for some getting ready shots and then headed over to their church in Marystown, on the outskirts of Shakopee. Well here we are, Meredith and James epic Grand View Lodge wedding! Meredith & James tied the knot this past Sunday at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota. The weather for late May was perfect, 82 degrees with a slight breeze. The couple had their wedding in the vineyard with the reception following at the newly remodeled Norway Room. This was such a sweet ceremony full of plenty of laughs and tears. This spring Graddy Photography and Grand View Lodge teamed up once again to create the ever impressive Grand View Dining Guide which features all the amazing restaurants and menu items. We of course had a blast shooting all these wonderful dishes and of course sampling a few. Be sure to swing into CRU and grab a BLT salad with candied bacon....yum! Another big hit is the Duck and Waffle at the Lodge Dining Room and let's not forget the 20 oz. bone-in Ribeye! If your hanging out by the beach make sure to grab some Mahi Mahi tacos or the Shrimp Po Boy.
