Historic | Cathedral of St. Paul Wedding Photographer

Well that was fun!  What an amazing wedding to end the year, our last big one I should say.  Steph and Court tied the knot this past Saturday at The Cathedral of St. Paul with their reception to follow at the historic James J. Hill Library in downtown St. Paul.  We started the day with getting ready photos at The Saint Paul Hotel and then onto Rice Park for the couple's first glimpse.  A few quick photos in front of James J. Hill Library then off to the church to get married.  After the ceremony the couple rented a trolley and hit up a couple local watering holes, namely the Happy Gnome and The Bulldog in Mears Park.  Finally, it was back to the reception at the library.  Great speeches and toasts were given.  Why one of the groomsmen took it upon himself to grab the mic and tell the entire audience that he peed his pants at an Air B & B at the bachelor party is beyond me.....good stuff.  Steph and Court, you guys simply rock and loved working with you both.  I really enjoyed meeting both you families as well.  Thanks so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans.  We wish you both the absolute best and a happy life in Chicago! SKOL | Best Minneapolis Wedding Photographer

Well well!  What an amazing wedding to have as our 1,000th post since January of 2012....we've been a little busy here at Graddy Photography!  So here we go!  Haley & Matt tied the knot this past Friday at the James J. Hill Library in downtown St. Paul.  This was an event packed day stretching from one side of Rice park to the other.  The reception was to take place at the Landmark Center a half block away.  Also, the girls were getting makeup done at The Saint Paul Hotel and the guys getting ready at Heimie's Haberdashery.  So from the start we had some logistics to figure out.  No one person better suited for that than the fabulous Sarah Trotter of Lasting Impressions Weddings.  Not only organizing this one to a "T", she also put together an All-Star cast of vendors namely Sadie's Couture Floral, Virtuoso Video, Instant Request, and Apres. So if Matt looks familiar to you, then you might be a Vikings fan!  #75 starting tackle from USC!  And his beautiful bride, well that's Hailey O'Brien, Miss Minnesota USA 2014!  These guys were so cool to work with and it was a pleasure to just get to know them a little better.  Thank you so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Twin Cities wedding photographer, we are humbled and honored to have played a small role in your epic day!

This past Saturday Graddy Photography covered Lisa & Greg's amazing fall wedding at 317 on Rice in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.  The day started with getting ready photos at The Saint Paul Hotel and then the couples first sight in Rice Park.  From there, we did some wedding parry shots and then headed back to 317 on Rice for the ceremony.  After the ceremony we headed down to Irvine Park in St. Paul for some additional photos and then a stop off at the Happy Gnome for a quick cheers!  Finally, back to 317 for an amazing celebration.  Thanks so much Lisa & Greg for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans, it was a great time! 1234James J. This past Saturday Graddy Photography photographed Katelyn & Brian's wedding.  It was a great pleasure to cover Katelyn's wedding, she is one of my sister-in-liaws best friends and was actually a bridesmaid in her wedding.  So, that's where we met Katelyn, at Sarah & Noah's wedding in Puerto Vallarta a little over two years ago.  The ceremony was at Nativity of Our Lord in St. Paul with the reception at the always fabulous James J. Hill Library in St. Paul.  Thanks so much guys, it has been great to work with you both and we wish you guys the very best in life and success!
