Thad and Barusca were married this past Thursday at the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis. They had a small, intimate ceremony alongside close friends. Our good friend Leslie was the wedding officiant, which works out nicely because she office's out of the Semple Mansion. After the ceremony the newly married couple and friends made it out to the Loring Park area to celebrate at Cafe Lurcat, one of our personal fav's. This past Saturday Barb & Joe renewed their wedding vows in front of their closest family and friends. Barb and Joe have been married for 36 years and share an incredible story. Only the story was just unfolding a few short years ago. Barb, unbeknownst to her for mostly all of her adult life, never knew her her real father actually was. She did some investigating and DNA tests to confirm that her father was living here in Minnesota. So enter an entire new side of the family with sisters and a brother that have welcomed her with open arms and huge hearts. Well that was fun! What an amazing wedding to end the year, our last big one I should say. Steph and Court tied the knot this past Saturday at The Cathedral of St. Paul with their reception to follow at the historic James J. Hill Library in downtown St. Paul. We started the day with getting ready photos at The Saint Paul Hotel and then onto Rice Park for the couple's first glimpse. A few quick photos in front of James J. Hill Library then off to the church to get married. After the ceremony the couple rented a trolley and hit up a couple local watering holes, namely the Happy Gnome and The Bulldog in Mears Park. Finally, it was back to the reception at the library. Great speeches and toasts were given. Why one of the groomsmen took it upon himself to grab the mic and tell the entire audience that he peed his pants at an Air B & B at the bachelor party is beyond me.....good stuff. Steph and Court, you guys simply rock and loved working with you both. I really enjoyed meeting both you families as well. Thanks so much for including Graddy Photography in your wedding day plans.
