This past week Graddy Photography was invited up to Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minnesota to cover all the commercial photography for Glacial Waters Spa at Grand View Lodge along with Cru at Grand View Lodge. Cru is a French wine term meaning great growth and is used to refer to an area of incredible harvest. As Grand View Lodge's newest dining venue, the restaurant features worldly wines and small plates with local and regional flavors. At Cru, rich decor creates an intimate atmosphere, providing the perfect dining experience for a romantic dinner or special get-together with friends. I personally had a chance to try all the dishes and WOW!.....top notch. The expert cooks do an extraordinary job in cooking and presenting the one-of-a-kind plates. You can't not try the Pasta Carbonara and the Grilled Lamb Sliders, both are bursting with flavor and texture. Be sure to check out some of the newer menu items being added this year at Cru.
