Flawless | Lafayette Club Wedding Photographer

This past June Graddy Photography covered Ashley + Tommy's wedding at the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach, Minnesota.  This was the perfect summer wedding with some less than desirable weather followed up by a great Minnesota sunset.  It has been such a great pleasure getting to know these guys better as a power couple and we look forward to years of friendship with them.  It was such a delight to work with such great families once again seeing as we photographed Tommy's sister's wedding six years ago at the Calhoun Beach Club.  So this is the first installment of the wedding post, don't worry, there is much  much more to come!  You guys are the best!

April | Solar Arts Wedding Photographer

This past Friday Laura and Fred got hitched at the Solar Art Building in northeast Minneapolis.  Finally the weather has given way to spring and what a perfect day for a wedding.  It'a hard to believe it's our first time shooting at Solar Arts but sure it won't be our last...such a great venue and staff!  Thanks Fred and Laura for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer....wishing you both the very best!

Classic | Semple Mansion Wedding Photographer

Thad and Barusca were married this past Thursday at the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis.  They had a small, intimate ceremony alongside close friends.  Our good friend Leslie was the wedding officiant, which works out nicely because she office's out of the Semple Mansion.  After the ceremony the newly married couple and friends made it out to the Loring Park area to celebrate at Cafe Lurcat, one of our personal fav's.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer!

Eternal | Minneapolis Vow Renewal Photographer

This past Saturday Barb & Joe renewed their wedding vows in front of their closest family and friends.  Barb and Joe have been married for 36 years and share an incredible story.  Only the story was just unfolding a few short years ago.  Barb, unbeknownst to her for mostly all of her adult life, never knew her her real father actually was.  She did some investigating and DNA tests to confirm that her father was living here in Minnesota.  So enter an entire new side of the family with sisters and a brother that have welcomed her with open arms and huge hearts.  This was certainly a touching wedding and a fabulous celebration of life, love, and family.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minnesota vow renewal photographer!

Glory | Machine Shop Minneapolis Wedding Photos

This past Friday Conor and Coleen tied the knot at the Machine Shop in downtown Minneapolis.  It was the first official day of fall but it was hot....94 degrees to be exact.  We ventured out into the heat for a bit to get some shots on the Stone Arch Bridge but for the most part we stayed pretty cool inside the air-conditioned Machine Shop.  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer!  It has been a pleasure working with you both!

Homecoming | Semple Mansion Wedding Photos

This past Saturday Graddy Photography captured Krysta and David's wedding at the Semple Mansion in downtown Minneapolis.  It has been three whole years since I shot at the Semple Mansion but I felt right at home once I walked through the doors.  I have shot this venue a ton of times in my 12 year career but this is one of the coolest lit one's I have seen in recent years.  Krysta and David currently live in Denver but wanted to have their family back home close to friends and family.  But they will soon be moving back this January.  Thanks so much for having us document your wedding day.....it was so great getting to know you both and of course we wish you the absolute best!

Celebrate | Best Wedding Photographer in Minnesota

Lucky number seven! This year we were given the award for “Best Photography” for our seventh consecutive year!  We are so incredibly honored and still excited from finding out the news back in July! The Minnesota Bride magazine awards are hosted every year and out of the hundreds of vendors in each category, three are nominated for each award as voted by past wedding couples and vendors in the industry. Thousands of votes are tallied and the nominees are announced in the spring……..its such an exciting time and just being nominated is really such an amazing honor. River | Nicollet Island Pavilion Wedding Photos

This past Sunday Brooke and Sean were married at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in downtown Minneapolis.  The couple flew home from Manhattan to celebrate their union with all their family and friends.  This was actually my first time meeting Brooke and Sean and we hot it off right away....pretty easy with such nice people and great family!  We started with some of the guys getting ready at the Depot and then onto the girls over at the Nicollet Island Inn.  From there, we did all the family and wedding party pictures around the area.  After the ceremony, which the rain luckily held off, the couple joined their guests for their social hour and then it was non-stop entertainment to say the least!  Thanks so much for choosing Graddy Photography as your Minneapolis wedding photographer....super great working with you both!

Unending | Marriott Southwest Minneapolis Wedding Photos

This past Saturday was Kelsey & Jake's wedding and we were more than thrilled to have captured it!  Jake and Kelsey are good friends of ours and we have a lot of mutual friends from college and high school through them.  We started the day with getting ready photos at the Radisson Blu Mall of America and then off to the ceremony in Bloomington.  From there, we made a quick stop off at a copule spots for some wedding party pictures and a quick drink.  Finally, back to Radisson Blu MOA for the amazing reception!  Thanks guys, we can't thank you enough for placing your trust in us here at Graddy Photography.  We are most thankful to call you guys friends and we look to many years of friendship and good times!

Grove | Calhoun Beach Club Wedding Photographer

This past Friday Stephanie and Josh tied the knot at the Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis.  It was yet another cool but nice Minnesota summer day and we were able to get in all the photos we needed without the weather interfering.  Stephanie and Josh, it was so great to work with you two and your amazing families.  For many, I'm sure they really got a kick out of the grandmothers' as flower girls and I just thought it was very neat that Josh had his father as his best man!  Thanks once again and best of luck in life and your upcoming move to Chicago!

Reflect | Best Minneapolis Photographer

This year has been a whirlwind once again and a little piece of press to show for it.  We are thankful to have Amanda + Kurt's wedding published in the most recent copy of Minnesota Bride magazine.  Also, we had a special feature from a wedding we covered at Carlos Creek Winery a couple short years ago.  So looking forward, we are booking weddings for 2017 as well as 2018.  Limited dates left available for 2017 so be sure to check in soon before we are at capacity!

Twinkle | Lowertown Event Center Wedding Photos
